My approach is a pure hands on approach, manual therapy(which i will say in my field is an overused term and does not indicate the specialty of my understanding and 15 years of in-depth study as a manual therapist.)With a background from Cranial-sacral (Upledger, F.Lowen), Visceral Manipulation (Barra, F. Lowen), Therapeutic Horizons (F. Lowen, Weiselfish), Biovalent Systems (F. Lowen).
I am able to assess and treat many systems (musculoskeleton, nerves, organs, connective tissues, circulation, immune, mind/body) in a Physical-Energetic way to facilitating healing.
I also am a Yoga practitioner of 10 years with a focus on therapeutics of movement and breath. I also integrate Marma therapy (energetic points of influence) for therapeutic benefits in my teachings.
Combining all of these modalities and integrating them has allowed me to assist many in opening doors and allowing our natural state and the body's innate wisdom to circulate conscious energy through our "free moving body"
